Emory Cove Habitat Restoration

Emory Cove provides important habitat for both resident and migratory bird species, and the San Diego Audubon Society has teamed up with the Port of San Diego and the San Diego Oceans Foundation to restore it! Help us remove invasive ice plant, and replace it with native coastal sage species.

Directions to Emory Cove From the 5 North:

Travel South along Interstate 5. Take Exit 55 to Palm Ave/Highway 75. Make a Right off of the freeway exit. Continue along Palm Ave as it turns into Silver Strand Blvd. Emory Cove will be on your right side. There will be a small parking area that you can turn into to park.

Parking:
There is limited parking available in a small turnout lot at Emory Cove. On the days of Emory Cove events, there will also be parking in the housing development, known as the Cays, just to the north of Emory Cove. More information about parking will be provided via email closer to the day of the event.
